I was at leisure a year ago. I remembered that there were still unfinished oatmeal at home, and it would be a pity that I could not finish it until it expired. So I remembered to make this oatmeal biscuits. With some minor changes, the finished product is not bad and suits my taste~
Oats, brown sugar, and coconut are all rich in nutrients, and can be eaten by the elderly and children~

Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

1. Get all the materials ready

2. Sift the flour and baking soda

3. Add oatmeal, sugar, and coconut into the sifted flour and baking soda

4. Mix all the ingredients in the previous step evenly

5. Cut the butter into small pieces, melt into a liquid state on a low heat, and remove from the heat

6. Add brown sugar and honey to the butter and stir evenly to melt the brown sugar

7. Add the flour from step 4 to the butter

8. Mix well with a spoon to form a biscuit batter

9. Shaping: Grab a small piece of batter (about 8-10g) with your hands, squeeze it into a spherical shape, and press it down (the background is my claws)

10. I placed the shaped biscuits on a baking tray lined with greased paper, and I baked two plates.

11. Put the baking pan into the middle layer of the preheated oven at 170°C and lower the heat to 150°C, and bake for 15 minutes until the surface is deep golden.

12. The biscuits are ripened in the oven, haha

13. It is ready, it is soft and dripping just after baking, remember to let it cool before eating~ It's crunchy and delicious~It's very nutritious~

Tips:

1. To melt the butter, use a low heat or a low heat. .

2. The baking time and temperature are related to the oven model, capacity, and biscuit size. Please adjust appropriately according to your own oven~
