Coconut Osmanthus Cake

Last time, a girl said that gelatine tablets were not easy to use. Today I changed the gelatine powder. Soak 40g of gelatine powder in an appropriate amount of cold boiled water until everything becomes transparent, and then heat to a liquid state over water, and set aside.

Take out the solidified coconut milk cake, pour in the slightly cool osmanthus solution, put it in the refrigerator until solidified. After taking it out, cut into small pieces and ready to eat.
