Coconut Papaya Jelly

Gelatine tablets are first soaked in cold water to soften.

Put coconut milk, milk and sugar together in a small pot and boil until slightly boiling, then add gelatine flakes and stir until melted, then let cool.

Pour the hollowed papaya, cover the papaya head, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for two hours.
