Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream

I used half of the pineapple I bought back

Peel and cut into small pieces, leave a small half and put it in ice cream

Put one half of the pineapple into the cooking cup of the food processor

Add coconut milk

Add lemon juice

Add sugar

Add whipped cream together, or you can directly beat the whipped cream to 60% and mix it with the whipped liquid

Start the machine and beat evenly

Take out the ice cream bucket frozen one night in advance from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator

After installing the mixing paddle, install and lock the upper cover as required

Pour the whipped liquid carefully into the ice cream bucket

I set it for 40 minutes, turn the button, and the machine starts to work

The finished ice cream is soft, add pineapple cubes and mix well again

You can put the ice cream in the refrigerator and freeze it before eating it, I divided it up when it was soft
Tips:
Because I made it with an ice cream machine and my daughter likes smoothies, so I didn't whip the whipped cream. If you make it by hand, then whip the whipped cream and mix it with the whipped pineapple coconut milk and freeze it in the refrigerator!
