Coconut Pudding

Main and auxiliary materials: coconut milk, agar, condensed milk, purified water.

Add pure water and agar to the pot. After it is boiled, slowly melt it on a small fire.

Add sugar and condensed milk.

Turn off the heat after mixing well. Then add coconut milk.

Stir it thoroughly to form a pudding paste.

Pour the pudding paste into the washed silicone mold and put it in the refrigerator.

After it has solidified, it can be demoulded.

Tips:
1. The key to solidification is the amount of agar, generally 10 grams of agar plus 300 grams of liquid is enough.
2. Just put it in the refrigerator, don't freeze it.
