Coconut Pumpkin Balls

The pumpkin is peeled, stuffed and steamed.

Add whipped cream, coconut flour, mashed coconut, and sugar to the pumpkin.

Stir it evenly with a spoon. The pumpkin is very soft. Stir more and it will become pure.

Add glutinous rice flour and mix well.

Add the flour in portions.

Stir it into a thicker paste.

2 spoons assist in making balls.

When the oil is 80% hot, the meatballs can be eaten. Use a spoon to tap the hanging batter to make it regular, and then slowly fry it into golden brown over medium and small fire.

Tips:
Coconut powder can be omitted and made into a milky flavor.
