Coconut Raisin Rolls

Make coconut raisin filling: the raisins were soaked in red wine for more than 2 hours before, then drain the red wine and set aside

Put the butter in the microwave oven for 30 seconds to melt the butter, add in sugar, coconut, and egg liquid, mix well, then add the soaked and drained raisins, and mix well.

Tips:
1. Different flours absorb water to different degrees. You can reserve more milk. When mixing the flour, if it is too dry, you can add more milk;
2. To use a non-stick mold, if it is a stick mold, you can put a layer of oiled paper support first, and then put the dough roll.
