Coconut Sweet Potato Balls

1. Steam the sweet potatoes on high heat for 40 minutes.

2. Take out three roots while hot, and peel them.

3. Press the sweet potatoes into puree.

4. Add 20g milk powder and 10g sugar inside, and mix well.

5. Continue to add glutinous rice flour and mix well.

6. Knowing that the glutinous rice flour forms into a dough, it’s not sticky to your hands.

7. Add peanuts, black sesame, condensed milk and honey, and mix well. If you don’t knead it, add a little water.

8. The skin is 15g and the stuffing is 4g. Each.

9. Flatten the skin and place the filling on the skin.

10. Hold it up and round it up, don't use too much force, so as not to loosen the filling.

11. Make a roll in the coconut paste and fill it with the coconut paste.

12. Oven at 176°C for 12 minutes, it's all right.
