Codonopsis and Mushroom Chicken Soup

1. Wash the chicken and blanch it in boiling water to remove blood.

Prepare ingredients: Codonopsis, wolfberry, red dates, ginger, mushrooms, carrots, lotus root.

Cut carrots and lotus roots into a hob shape.

Add warm water to the soup pot, and put the chicken, codonopsis, wolfberry, red dates, ginger, mushrooms, carrots, and lotus root into the soup pot.

After boiling over high heat, change to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.

The thick chicken soup is ready.

Add appropriate amount of salt to the bowl to taste.
Tips:
After the high fire is boiled, simmer on a low fire. Don't start the pot to see it. Add the ingredients to top up at a time without adding water in the middle. Putting wolfberry can increase the color of the soup.
