Coffee Almond Pudding

Take 5g gelatin tablets and soak in cold water to soften

Put 200ml milk and 10g fine sugar in the pot, heat it on low heat until the sugar melts

Pour in instant coffee powder and stir evenly while heating

After mixing well, drain the gelatin sheet and put it in, stir until melted

Pour in 50g of yogurt and mix well

Then sift into a bowl, take one-eighth and pour it into a pudding bottle, that is, use half of the coffee liquid for 4 pudding bottles, and then put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

Similarly, take 5g gelatin flakes and soak in cold water first, then put 200ml of milk and 20g of powdered sugar in a pot and heat until the sugar melts, then pour in almond flour and stir well.

Then put in the drained gelatin slices and stir until melted

Pour in 50g of yogurt and mix well

Then filter the almond milk liquid into the bowl, pour one-eighth into the pudding bottle, and freeze it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

After taking it out of the refrigerator, pour the remaining half of the coffee liquid into the pudding bottles, and then freeze for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator

Finally, evenly pour the other half of the almond milk liquid into the bottle, and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours

This pudding is not very sweet, you can increase the amount of sugar if you like it~
