I rarely drink coffee, but I like coffee-flavored pastries very much. This biscuit is not only shaped like coffee beans, but also contains coffee powder and cocoa powder, both of which have a mellow taste and are very fragrant.

Coffee Bean Biscuits

1. Put the butter in a basin after softening and mix well with a spatula

2. Add powdered sugar and stir in one direction with a spatula

3. Stir to the state shown in the picture

4. Add eggs

5. Continue to stir evenly

6. Use a rolling pin to roll the large particles of instant coffee into powder

7. Sift the low-gluten flour, cocoa powder and coffee powder into the above paste, and stir evenly with a spatula

8. Knead the dough with your hands after being evenly distributed

9. Take 3 grams of dough and knead it into an oval ball

10. Place them all on the baking tray in turn

11. Use a squeegee to press a deeper mark in the middle of the ball

12. Preheat the oven to 170°C, turn on the upper and lower heat, place it on the middle layer, and bake for about 20 minutes

Tips:

1. If there is no cocoa powder, you can use the same amount of flour instead;
2. The coffee powder should be pure coffee powder, not three-in-one.
