Coffee Bean Biscuits

Butter softened at room temperature

Scrape the butter with a spoon, stir, and add white sugar. (My silicone knife is still on the way, so I used a spoon instead)

Pour in the egg liquid

Sift in low-gluten flour

Sift in the coffee powder

Sift in the cocoa powder

Just knead until there is no dry powder, don't knead the dough too much, otherwise it will become gluten and affect the taste

Roll the dough into 0.3cm thick noodles and cut them into small pieces of even size
9.
Take a small dough and knead it into a small ball

Use a toothpick to press out the marks

Make all the cookies
12.
Preheat the oven, fire up and down 170 degrees, 15 minutes
