Coffee Cocoa Waffles
1.
First prepare all the ingredients
2.
Pour Grant instant coffee powder into the bowl, you can actually put a little more if you like the taste of coffee
3.
Pour the milk into the pot and heat it to 70 degrees, then pour into the coffee powder, stir to melt, and then let it cool for later use.
4.
Beat the two eggs into the basin, put the sugar, and then beat them with a manual whisk, no need to beat them.
5.
Then pour the cold milk coffee liquid into the egg liquid.
6.
Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. The flour used here must be low-gluten flour to make cake flour.
7.
Then pour in the melted butter. I forgot to take the picture in the step of adding the butter. Use a spatula to mix evenly, and there are no flour particles. The batter of the waffle is adjusted.
8.
Pour the waffle batter into a piping bag so that it is easy to squeeze it out. If you don’t have a piping bag at home, you can also put it in a fresh-keeping bag and cut a small opening.
9.
I use the waffle function on the breakfast machine. I squeeze the batter onto the mold, and it must be spread. This picture is a picture that has not been squeezed. It must be packed evenly, then cover the lid and heat 4-5 minute.
10.
When the time is up, open the lid, the waffle is cooked, and then take it out.
