Coffee Cookies

Ingredients: 31 grams of butter, 25 grams of powdered sugar, 11 grams of protein, 45 grams of low-gluten flour, 13 grams of almond powder, 1 gram of instant coffee powder, 1/8 tsp of vanilla powder, 1/4 tsp of boiling water

Tips:
The coffee powder is pure coffee powder, not the three-in-one type with sugar and creamer.
The butter needs to be softened at room temperature in advance to pass.
