Coffee Ice Cream

Pour 300 grams of the prepared milk into the egg-beater bowl;

Add ice cream powder and coffee powder to milk and mix well;

Use a whisk to adjust the mid-range and pass;

Wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 2 hours, take it out, and continue to whip. Take it out and whip once every 1 hour. Repeat 3-5 times to make the ice cream more soft and delicate.

After 5 times, the frozen ice cream is taken out, scooped out with an ice cream spoon, and the hawthorn fruit is added. PS: According to personal preference, you can add different fruits.

Tips:
1. The frozen ice cream must be repeated more than 3 times before the ice cream is delicious;
2. Milk can be replaced with the same amount of mineral water.
