I like coffee, and I like the food I cook more. It's best to make nougat this season!
The recipe has also been adjusted several times. I personally feel that it is firm. The softness is just right, I also want to change to cocoa, just substitute the matcha flavor in the same amount!

Coffee Nougat

1. Put the butter in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan. Melting in a small fire

2. Add marshmallows and continue to simmer slowly,

3. Add milk powder when the marshmallow is almost melted

4. The milk powder and marshmallows melted. Add coffee powder

5. Remember to put a gram of salt in the coffee powder in advance

6. Pour in coffee powder. Then pour the peanuts. I peel the peanuts by myself and bake them at 150°C for 10 minutes. If you roast the peanuts by yourself, remember to shake them back and forth a few more times. Let the peanuts heat evenly

7. The peanuts that I roasted were so cold that I rub the red skin with my hands and then fell off. Added coffee powder. peanut. Just stir it to this state! Take it out of the pot

8. Put it in a non-stick baking dish. Knead evenly with gloves. Knead as much as you can

9. Finally, use a rolling pin or a scraper to shape it, and it can be cut into pieces after half an hour.

10. The size is arbitrary. Recently, it is cloudy on my side, and the light at home is not very good. If you change the angle, the color has changed...

Tips:

Don't worry about making marshmallows during the whole process. Take it easy,
If you knead the pot, the plastic will be smooth.
Nuts can also be replaced at will
