Coffee Nut Buns
1.
15g of coffee is melted with 130g of hot water, and let cool for later use.
2.
Pour the coffee liquid into the bread bucket. Put all the main ingredients into the bread machine except the butter, taking care not to touch the sugar and salt with the yeast.
3.
Activate the dough program of ACA North America Electric Bread Maker and start mixing.
4.
After 20 minutes in the bread maker, add butter.
5.
Just stir the dough until the film comes out, and you can add nuts.
6.
The walnuts I use are dried and chopped. You can put any nuts you like.
7.
Knead the nuts and dough evenly with your hands, put them in a basin and cover with plastic wrap. After fermenting at room temperature for one hour, it will ferment to twice its size, and the dough will be vented and knead into a ball.
8.
Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
9.
Put the loose dough in the oven, and ferment at 37 degrees to double its size. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven to help ferment.
10.
Preheat the oven at 170°C, put in the proofed dough, and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes (mine is the ACA North American electric oven, the temperature is adjusted according to our own oven).
