After 4 minutes, with three beeps, the coffee is ready. This coffee machine has a bean grinding function, and you can make delicious coffee with one touch of coffee powder or coffee beans!

After the coffee cools, take 150 grams of coffee into the Dongling DL-T09G bread machine.

Add other ingredients except (fresh yeast and butter).

Select the bread and noodle function.

Knead for about 2 minutes without dry powder. Turn off the bread maker, take out the plastic wrap on the lid of the bread bucket and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Take out the bread bucket from the refrigerator, put in fresh yeast, and also choose the kneading function for kneading. A kneading process is 7 minutes.

After a kneading program is completed, add butter at this time and select the kneading function again. It is also a kneading procedure for 7 minutes and the butter and dough are kneaded until they are completely integrated.

At this time, choose a kneading program, and use scissors to cut the top of the dough. As the bread machine kneads the dough, the dough will become smooth. Then use scissors to cut it again. Repeat this operation until the kneading procedure is completed (a total of 3 kneading procedures 21 minutes)

After the dough is kneaded, select the fermentation function, and the time is set to 1 hour. ***But it should be noted that the fermentation state of the dough should be checked during this period. The time is not fixed, just send it in place.

As the weather is relatively hot now, I checked both at 30 minutes and 40 minutes. At the 50th minute of fermentation, check that the state of the dough is in place. (Check the fermentation status: stick the flour on the dough with your fingers and press it lightly. The dough will rebound slowly and it will be ready. If it rebounds quickly, it needs to be delivered for a while. If it does not rebound and there are pits, it means it has been delivered. )

After fermentation, select the baking function and set the time to 40 minutes. After baking, take out the mold and put it on the drying net, and keep it sealed when it is warm by hand.
Tips:
1. The water absorption of different brands of flour is also different, and the amount of water in the formula should be adjusted appropriately.
2. The fermentation time is not fixed, it mainly depends on the state of fermentation.
3. Fresh yeast is used in the recipe, which is 3 grams when converted into dry yeast.
