Coffee Walnut Cookies

Mix boiled water and coffee powder, stir until the coffee powder is completely dissolved, and use it after the temperature is completely cooled down. Bake the walnuts in a 150 oven for about 5 minutes until cooked, then cut into small pieces with a knife.

After the butter is softened, mix with fine sugar and brown sugar powder (sieved) and beat until the butter becomes lighter in color and puffy. Add the beaten egg liquid in two times and beat evenly until the batter is smooth and puffy. Then add the cooled coffee liquid and stir evenly. Mix the flour and baking powder through a sieve and pour in, stir evenly with a rubber spatula;

Finally, pour the walnuts and stir evenly with a rubber spatula to form a biscuit batter. Scoop up the batter with a spoon, put it on the baking tray, and squeeze it slightly with a spoon, each with a diameter of about 3.5 cm. Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. After about 6 minutes, turn off the lower heat and just use the upper heat to bake and color.
