Coffee Walnut Nougat

White sugar, corn syrup and water, cook together to 110°

Whip the egg whites to wet foaming

Boil the sugar to 126° and quickly add it to the egg white and beat evenly

Add melted butter and beat evenly
5.
Add milk powder and coffee powder and mix
6.
Add walnuts and cranberries and mix
7.
Put the sugar on the greased paper and put it in the square mold, cover it with greased paper and press it evenly
8.
Let cool and cut into pieces.
