Coix Seed Congee with Gorgon

Wash the ginseng, lotus seeds, red beans and coix seed in cold water in advance. (I usually soak in the morning)

Wash the dates and corn.

You can mix and match the rice you want to use.

Add 4 liters of purified water to the pot, add the soaked coix seed, lotus seed (remove the lotus seed heart, you don’t need to eat it if you like), red beans and gorgon, and open fire.

Bring to a boil, add the washed dates and corn to a boil. Wash the rice and pour it into the pot, add peanut oil and cover the low heat to cook (do not uncover the pot in the middle). About 45 minutes.

This is cooked porridge.

Tips:
After adding the rice, add a little oil to prevent it from overflowing, and the porridge is delicious. You can add or subtract ingredients as you like.
