Coke Chicken Wing Root
1.
After the chicken wings are clean, put them in a pot and blanch them. When there is no blood, remove them and drain the water for later use.
2.
Pour out the blanched water in the pot and wash the pot. Prepare the appropriate amount of green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and a little salt, and pour them into the drained chicken wing basin. To make the wing roots more delicious, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3.
Wipe off the water stains in the wok, and pour in the cooking oil over the fire.
4.
When the oil temperature is just right (the heat rises), put the marinated chicken wing roots into the pot. Do not pour them together with the marinated auxiliary materials (please prepare the auxiliary materials aside). Fry the wing roots until golden brown. Do not stir-fry the wing roots. Medium heat is fine.
5.
Pour in the auxiliary ingredients just used for marinating.
6.
Pour in Coke, the amount of Coke should be at least equal to the roots of the chicken wings.
7.
Turn to high heat. When the pan is turned to medium-low heat, add salt according to personal taste and cover the pan. Simmer the soup about 1/3 of the time to see if the wing roots are caramelized. If necessary, stir fry gently to avoid sticking to the pan.
8.
Waiting for the juice.
9.
Collect the juice and turn off the heat.
