Coke Wing Root

Soak the wing roots in water for more than half an hour, wash and control the moisture. Use a knife or scissors to cut the meat and tendons at the roots of the wing to expose the bones, then add a few slices of ginger and a little cooking wine to marinate for half an hour.

Cut green onion and slice ginger.

Sit in a pot and pour the oil, add the wing roots in the cold oil in a hot pot and stir fry until the wing roots change color.

Add a little cooking wine and stir fry for a while, then add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt.

After the wing roots are colored, pour in the cola. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
