Cola Legs

Ingredients: Pipa legs (washed).

Ginger slices, cola.

Put the pipa legs in a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched drumsticks, and stir fry with some cooking wine.

Then, pour in the cola, add some salt to taste and cook.

Then, cook until the soup thickens and serve.
