Cold and Crispy Lettuce

Peel and wash lettuce, cut into 2 to 3 cm pieces, and set aside.

Put the chopped lettuce in a cold bowl, add salt, chicken powder, glutinous rice vinegar, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes to taste.

Tips:
You don't need to put any oil, otherwise it will affect the taste. Lettuce can be eaten raw, but it is best to use it when washing it. Wash it with water from a water purifier or cool white from an electric kettle.
