Cut the lettuce, peel and wash.

Happy tears are a little windy:
1. If there is no tool for wiping the wire, use a knife to cut into the wire, be sure to cut it thinner.
2. The pepper oil I make is easier. You can also heat the oil first, then add the peppercorns to sauté fragrant and then pour it on the lettuce shreds.
3. You don't need to blanch the lettuce to make this dish, just mix it raw.
