Cold Bean Sprouts

Boil a pot of boiling water, add some salt, and blanch the bean sprouts.

Remove the bean sprouts and drain the water.
3.
Chop the garlic into minced pieces.
4.
Cut the shallots into small pieces.
5.
Put garlic and chopped green onions into the drained bean sprouts, add appropriate amount of salt, fresh shellfish, chicken essence, white sugar, sesame oil, vinegar and Laoganma chili.
6.
Just stir evenly.
Tips:
I like to put more vinegar in the cold bean sprouts, the hot and sour taste is more refreshing!
