Ingredients

Cold Beans

1. Soak the green beans for 15 minutes and wash them off.

2. Remove the tendons of the string beans and fold them into sections.

3. Boil a small pot of water, and put half a spoon of salt after the water is boiled.

4. Pour in a little olive oil.

5. Pour string beans into the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.

6. Too cold water: After the green beans are cooked, remove them and put them in a basin with cold boiling water.

7. Prepare the sauce: chili oil, thirteen incense, white pepper, steamed fish soy sauce, light soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.

8. Put the oil in the wok, add the minced garlic to a low fire and sauté until it is golden. The heat should not be high or fry for too long, otherwise the minced garlic will scorch and become bitter.

9. Stir the garlic sauce with the cold green beans and serve on a plate.
