Cold Beef

Soak the spices clean.

Take a pot, pour in water, add spices and bring to a boil.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine, and add pork belly. Adding pork belly can increase the oil in the soup and make the beef taste better.

Put the beef shank in, close the lid, and marinate for 1 minute. Turn off the heat for 4 hours and then slice it for consumption

Heat up a pan, pour some cooking oil, add minced garlic and millet pepper until fragrant.

Put the sauteed garlic and chili rice in a bowl, add chopped green onion and coriander.
7.
Add light soy sauce, old godmother, a little sugar, sesame oil and mix well.
8.
Drizzle on the cut beef and serve.
