I’ve never made beetroot before, and it’s the first cold dressing. It’s not bad. Very refreshing"

Cold Beetroot

1. Wash and peel the beetroot and cut into shreds

2. Bring water to a boil, pour in the cut beetroot shreds, cook for 2~3 minutes, remove and drain

3. Add salt, light soy sauce, pepper oil, sesame oil, chicken essence, chili oil and cold vinegar to the cooked beetroot shreds

4. Just mix well seasoning
