Cold Bitter Chrysanthemum

Wash and drain the bitter chrysanthemum, mince the ginger and garlic and add boiling water to make ginger water and garlic water.

Mix ginger, water, garlic and water, add salt, monosodium glutamate, white vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, and mix well.
