Cold Bitter Gourd

One bitter gourd, cut into three pieces.

Cut in half and remove the seeds in the middle. If you can't eat a bit of bitterness, you can remove all the white flesh in the middle. The taste will be better. But bitter gourd, it's not bitter but not fire!

Cut thin slices. Don't be too thick, the taste will be very bitter.

Boil water and add some salt. Blanch bitter gourd. Cool water afterwards. Add steamed fish soy sauce/sugar/sesame oil. Just mix well.
Tips:
1. The bitter gourd must be thinly sliced.
2. The bitterness will decrease after passing water.
3. You can replace the sugar with honey, and it’s better if you ice it~
4. I like to sprinkle a handful of bibimbap at the end. Looks good and delicious.
