Bitter gourd is cold in nature and is eaten mostly in summer. In winter, if you are anxious to get angry, eat some bitter gourd to defeat the fire.

Cold Bitter Gourd

1. Wash bitter gourd and cut in half

2. Cut it in half, which is equivalent to cutting into four pieces. Use a knife to remove the white inner flesh as much as possible.

3. Cut bitter gourd into diagonal strips

4. Put water in the pot, add some salt, and boil

5. After the water is boiled, pour the bitter gourd and blanch it, and then remove it

6. Mix all the seasonings and pour on the bitter gourd.

Tips:

It is not necessary to eat bitter gourd in cold water in winter, and ice water can be soaked in summer.
