Cold Chicken Gizzards

Put a spoonful of salt in cold water, soak the chicken gizzards in it for 30 minutes, then take it out and wash it, tearing off all the fat on your body.

Add water to the pot, add pepper, star anise, green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, and vinegar to a boil. Put it on medium heat and cook for 30 minutes.
