Cold Cured Fish

Ingredients: Cured fish, garlic vinegar, chili oil, white sugar, pepper powder, ginger and spring onion, steamed fish with black soy sauce and cooking wine

Soak the cured fish in cold water for more than 2 hours to wash,

Wash and slice green onion and ginger

Add water to the steamer, steam the cured fish with green onions and ginger for more than 30 minutes

Pick up and let cool and slice

Mashed garlic

Add vinegar, chili oil, cold water and sugar, mix well

Pour the sauce on the fish fillets

Then pour the steamed fish with soy sauce on the cured fish and mix evenly

Add pepper and mix well
Tips:
Cured fish is generally very salty, so you don’t need to add salt
The smoked fish must be cooked thoroughly
