Put water into the pot and turn on the stove

Rinse the tofu with water

Cut into small pieces, the smaller the more delicious

After the water is boiled, put the tofu cubes in the blanching water for no more than 1 minute

After removing it, drain the water and put it on a plate, while the tofu is hot, sprinkle with rose salt and original flavor, and then drizzle with appropriate amount of sesame oil.

After picking the chives, mix with baking soda and soak in water for 15 minutes (this step should be done before the tofu is blanched)
Drain and chop
