I peeled the prawns by myself. It’s easier to buy ready-made prawns. This shrimp needs to be blanched first, and then fried. I forgot to take pictures when I fry. It's actually very simple. Put a little oil in the pan, then fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant, put a little soy sauce, stir fry the shrimp a few times, and put it in a bowl for later use.
5.
Then shred the oily skin, cucumber, carrot, and then use a plate, put the cucumber, oily skin, carrot, and enoki mushrooms neatly on top of the plate, and put a large peel in the middle. Then pour the fried shrimp on the top layer.
6.
I put it on the plate at first, but because I had too much material, the plate obviously couldn't fit, and then I switched to a larger container.
7.
After everything is neatly arranged, put two spoons of sesame paste and minced garlic on the top layer. Then add salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar. Just mix it and it's ready to eat. If you like sweetness, add a little sugar, if you like spicy flavor, add some chili oil. My family doesn't like sugar, so I didn't add it.
