Cold Duck Gizzards

Rinse one side with water first

Use powder, salt, vinegar and grab it to remove the fishy smell

After washing, blanch the water, add ginger to remove the bloody water and fishy smell

After blanching the duck gizzard, wash it again with clean water to remove the grease on it

Mix the brine, soy sauce, ginger, and brine together

Pour the duck gizzards in, add water, and marinate for about half an hour
7.
Slice, add coriander, garlic, chili, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and mix together

The delicious cold duck gizzards will come out
Tips:
Duck gizzards must be blanched to remove the fishy smell.
It can be marinated and sliced, then put in the marinade to add more flavor.
