Cold Konjac Tofu

Prepare the materials in the picture.

Finely chop houttuynia cordata, shred ginger, and chop garlic and chili.
3.
Shred the konjac (cut a bit thinner for easy flavor).
4.
Add water to the konjac and continue to boil for 5 minutes after boiling.

Remove the cold water after cooking.

Remove and drain the water.

Add all the ingredients you have prepared, then add black rice vinegar, salt, and soy sauce.
