Spicy Fried Konjac

Cut the konjac into small pieces.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add konjac tofu, add a little salt, and blanch for 1,2 minutes.

Heat the pot, pour in cold oil, pour the bean paste and stir fry.

Pour in the konjac tofu with controlled dry water and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add a little water and cook for 1 minute to let it taste, then turn on high heat to collect the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve.
