Cold Noodles

1. Wash toon sprouts, carrots and pickles, mince and set aside.

2. Wash and shred cucumbers for later use.

3. Two spoons of tahini, add cold water to dilute.

4. Mash the garlic with a little salt to form a garlic paste, add vinegar and mix thoroughly for later use.

5. Put water in the pot, add the noodles and cook until they are ripe and remove.

6. Let it cool with cold boiled water.

7. Put the noodles in a bowl, add shredded cucumber, carrots, toon sprouts, pour the garlic, and mix well with sesame sauce to enjoy.

Tips:

1. When the noodles are not cold, it can be cold more than a few times.
2. The concentration of the condiment can be determined according to your own taste.
