Cold Onion Fungus

Prepare an onion.

Wash the soaked fungus.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add fungus and blanch it.
4.
Use half of the onion, then chop finely.
5.
Put the fungus and onion into a soup bowl, pour half a spoon of salt to kill the water on the onion first, and marinate for 10 minutes.
6.
Pour out the marinated onion water and pour in the light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
7.
Pour in a few drops of sesame oil, mix well and sprinkle with white ripe sesame seeds before serving.
