Prepare ingredients.

Peel the cucumber and cut into diamond-shaped slices.

Beat the eggs with salt.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, put the eggs in the fry and serve them out.

Put oil in another pot, add chopped green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
