This spring is a bit messy, a cold day, a hot day, and I don’t want to go out on a windy and rainy holiday. There is only a handful of enoki mushrooms at home. I soaked a handful of fungus and boiled a hot and sour soup.

Hot and Sour Soup

1. Soak the fungus and cut into strips, cut the enoki mushroom and set aside

2. Add water to the pot and add the fungus and enoki mushrooms

3. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, and a spoonful of salt

Tips:

Just boil in plain water, don’t use oily saucepan
