Tips:
1. The most important part of this dish is the ratio of sweet and sour sauce. I usually adjust the sweet and sour sauce so that white sugar is one spoonful more than vinegar.
2. If you put peppers, you can add bean paste or pickled peppers and stir fry when the shredded pork is fried. Stir out the red oil and stir fragrant peppers.
