Cold Pasta with Tuna
1.
I personally like spirals, but this time I used this one. Cook as much as you eat, remember to put salt in the water, and don’t cook too badly. Place it in a large basin after cooking. You can add some olive oil and mix well to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
2.
Diced onion, tomato and mini cabbage (don’t know how to call him) all four, set aside.
3.
Put olive oil in a hot pan, sauté the diced onion first, and when the aroma is overflowing and the color becomes slightly transparent, add the cut tomatoes and mini cabbage. Add a glass of white wine and tuna just a few times, cook for a few minutes, add salt, and let the juice absorb, but don't boil it dry. After cooking, pour on the just prepared noodles.
4.
Pine nuts can be roasted in a dry pan for fragrant. Be careful to keep them tumbling at all times, otherwise they will burn easily. Add the fragrant pine nuts to the noodles and ingredients just now. Add olives, grated Parmesan, mix well, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and you can eat.
