Baby's Dinner-cumin Lamb Chops with Butter and Cheese Macaroni
1.
Boil the macaroni under boiling water, cook until soft and waxy, soak in cold water, pick up and drain.
2.
Put a bowl of water in a small pot to boil, put the drained macaroni, salty cheese, a small amount of butter, cook until the cheese and butter melt and serve directly. (The cheese I used here is salty, so I didn’t add any seasoning. Don’t taste too heavy for kids. If the soup is cooked and there is still a lot of soup, you can use cornstarch and water to make a thin glutinous rice flour. Just put it on)
3.
Lamb chops are dried with kitchen paper, spread on a chopping board, sprinkle chicken powder on both sides and marinate slightly.
4.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, first fry a double egg and practice hands 😄, fry well and serve.
5.
Continue to fry the marinated lamb chops directly in a non-stick pan, look almost done, sprinkle cumin on both sides, and then serve. (My definition of almost the same is that the color has changed, no blood seeps out, and the fat starts to explode. It must be very elastic when pressed down with a clamp~)
6.
Fry the corn kernels in a non-stick pan where the lamb chops have been fried. Look at the corn kernels a little bit and start to brown, add a small amount of butter, chicken powder, and salt. ✌
Tips:
Because it is a children’s dinner, I use less seasoning, but because of the children, the fat is still not well controlled. If the adult’s dinner, the fat needs to be controlled. For example, if you don’t put butter, the oil for frying lamb chops should be discarded and vegetable oil is used. Stir-fry the corn again, or just don’t use the corn, simmer a broccoli or something on the plate, also very good, ah, ah, huh 😊
