My Xingye tastes very strange. Few people think this macaroni is delicious, but Xingye just likes it. Today’s breakfast is with tomato sauce, dragon fish and macaroni noodles.

Long Li Fish Macaroni

1. Cook the macaroni and set aside

2. Thaw the dragon fish

3. Then cut into strips about two fingers wide

4. Put it in a bowl and marinate with cooking wine and black pepper for an hour

5. Take out and drain, prepare a pan, pour in the right amount of oil, and add the longli fish

6. Pour 10 grams of tomato sauce, 5 grams of black pepper sauce and appropriate amount of water into the pot to boil

8. Put another oil pan, pour the macaroni

Tips:

Longli fish must be marinated before it will not be fishy. If there is no non-stick pan, after the longli fish is marinated, you can sprinkle an appropriate amount of starch to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
