As an office worker, my grocery shopping is usually done in the supermarket. It is rare to go to the vegetable market once the sun is shining. I saw this plus version of bean sprouts displayed by a small vendor, and asked what it was? The answer is: peanut buds. Okay, try it~

Stir-fried Peanut Sprouts

1. The roots have a lot of soil, soak them in water.

2. Remove the roots. Red coating.

3. Don't touch the knife, just break it by hand~

4. One green pepper. Two cloves of garlic. Simple~

5. Saute the garlic seeds in a hot pan, add chili and stir fry

6. Add peanut sprouts and add some salt. Continue to stir fry.
