Cold Pig Ears

Shred the lettuce and salt it for half an hour.

Cut thin slices and shreds.

Make the sauce. Two spoons of soy sauce, half a spoon of sesame oil, a quarter spoon of spicy oil, three slices of garlic, appropriate amount of white sesame, and a spoon of sugar. Put three coriander or green onions in a cold dressing. Pour in the pig ears and mix well, and finally add the shredded lettuce.
Tips:
1. Remove the water after marinating the shredded lettuce.
2. Cut pig ears as thin as possible.
